SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative at Logistics Recycling, Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in maintaining our company’s reputation for exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns effectively and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.

  • Order Processing: Handle customer requests ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Up Selling: Inquiring about additional services that the customer may have a need for as offered by us.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer journey.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
