What is MERI Genesis?MERI Genesis (www.merigenesis.com) is Logistic Recycling, Inc.’s (LRI) electronic manifest and bill of lading (BOL) system, tracking the cradle-to-grave lifecycle of waste from its point of origin (cradle) to its treatment and final disposal (grave). LRI customers have online storage and access to their medical waste manifests and universal waste BOLs.

How soon can I access my manifests in the portal?All closed manifests are available in the customer portal.

What does it mean when a manifest is 'closed'?The manifest is closed once the waste has been treated and disposed of. The closed manifest will show the weights and appropriate signatures.

I am receiving emails with copies of the manifests. What are these?The customer will receive an email when a manifest (‘cradle’ manifest) gets created. Another email will get sent out for this same manifest once it is closed (‘grave’ manifest), showing the weights.

Why does the weight not show on the manifest I received via email?The weight will not appear on a manifest until it is closed.

How do I reset my password if I don't know my username?Contact someone on LRI’s customer service team at service@recyclewithlri.com or info@meriinc.com. They will provide you with your username and confirm your email address, allowing you to reset your password.

How do I get a log-in to the customer portal if I don't already have one?Contact someone on the customer service team at service@recyclewithlri.com or info@meriinc.com to get set up a username and password.

How long does Genesis store all my manifests?You will have access to your manifests in Genesis for at least five years.

How can I use Genesis to complete my DNR annual paperwork?Visit the Annual Summary Reports tab in Genesis to help you complete your annual DNR report.

How do I find a specific manifest?From the Dashboard in Genesis, you can search by date or manifest number and then view, download, or print the PDF of a specific manifest.

Can I access my hazardous waste manifests in Genesis?No, you cannot access hazardous waste manifests in Genesis. Go to rcrainfo.epa.gov to access your hazardous waste manifests.
